memandangan esk exam stress management so ari nie kite blaja cara utk mengurangkn stress yek...

be gentle with urself!
  •  cultivate a pleasent environment

 remind ureself ure an enabler, not a magician! 

take a mini-vacation
  • walk around block,lunch in park etc
 change ure routine
  • refresh ure life
  • get up a few minutes early n go for walk

give support to another n learn to accept it!
  • everyone feel helpless at some time...admit it n get on with it
  • be there when sumeone need u n vise versa

 last but not least...gud luck tmrow guys!!!
