take a mini-vacation
- walk around block,lunch in park etc
change ure routine
- refresh ure life
- get up a few minutes early n go for walk
give support to another n learn to accept it!
- everyone feel helpless at some time...admit it n get on with it
- be there when sumeone need u n vise versa
